Accessibility Policy and Multi-year Accessibility Plan
The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with the Integrated Accessibility
Standards Regulation (IASR) of Ontario under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act, 2005.
Betz Pools Ltd. is committed to integrating accessibility into regular workplace processes. This policy aims to create a

Scope
This policy applies to all our employees, sub-contractors, customers, and any other individuals who represent or act on
behalf of Betz Pools. It encompasses all aspects of our operations, including but not limited to facilities, communication,
information, and employment practices.

Customer Service
- Betz Pools Limited ensures that all employees receive appropriate training in providing accessible customer service in
Retail, Service, Weekly Service and Construction. - Accommodations will be made to ensure that individuals with disabilities have equal access to our goods and services.
Information and Communications
- Betz Pools Limited is committed to making information and communications accessible to people with disabilities.
- We will provide accessible formats and communication support upon request.
Built Environment
- Our construction practices will consider accessibility features to ensure our facilities are inclusive.
- Betz Pools Limited will address barriers in existing facilities through a phased plan over the next 3 years.
Employment
- Accommodations will be provided during the hiring process and throughout employment.
- Regular training on AODA compliance and accessibility awareness will be provided to all employees.
Multi-Year Accessibility Plan
- Betz Pools Limited commits to implementing a multi-year accessibility plan to identify, prevent, and remove barriers.
- The plan will be reviewed and updated at least once every five years.
Feedback Process
- Betz Pools Limited encourages feedback on our accessibility practices. Customers can provide feedback via website,
phone, or in-person at one of our locations. - An accessible feedback process will be established, and responses will be provided in accessible formats.
Review
Monitoring and Compliance
- Regular audits and assessments will be conducted to monitor compliance on an annual basis.
- Non-compliance issues will be addressed promptly, and corrective actions implemented.
Communication of Policy
This policy will be made available to all employees, customers, and stakeholders on our website and in accessible formats
upon request.
