Consultation and Needs Assessment

Your dream project commences with a meeting with a Betz Pools representative. In this discussion, we will survey the proposed job site, and take the time to understand your unique needs, desires, and budgetary considerations. Your project’s scope may vary from a straightforward pool and deck installation to the creation of a holistic outdoor lifestyle environment. Design

Our seasoned landscape designers excel in marrying artistic aesthetics with technical acumen. Following your initial consultation, we will present a comprehensive computer-generated pool and landscape design for your review. As part of this process, we value your thoughts and feedback, in order to ensure that you have ample opportunity to provide input before finalizing the plan.

Excavation

Precision and logistical efficiency are the keystones of our approach. Following your approval of the pool plan, we will begin the excavation process, carefully preparing the site for pool construction and landscaping. We will take the utmost care to safeguard any existing backyard structures and valuable plantings.

Pool Framework and Plumbing

Once the site has been suitably excavated, we will install a steel grid, imparting robust structural strength to your pool and setting the groundwork for the Gunite application. This phase also sees the installation of plumbing rough-ins.

Gunite Application (Concrete Pools)

Our patented dry Gunite process involves spraying concrete onto the pool surface. The on-site mixing of dry Portland cement, sand, gravel, and water at the exact point of application results in a durable, long-lasting pool shell.

Tile and Coping (Concrete Pools)

Following the Gunite application, a row of tiles will be applied at the water line for added durability and aesthetic appeal. We will then install the

Fourteen square samples displaying a variety of terrazzo flooring options with different colors and patterns of chips and marble pieces set in polished material.

Interior Finish (Concrete Pools)

Next, we will apply ArmorQuartz, an upgraded marbelite plaster finish, to the pool shell. This finish smoothes the surface, seals out moisture, and guards against pitting. We can also offer various premium aggregate finishes, available in an array of colours, to further customize your pool.

Landscaping and Fencing

After the pool is installed, our team will complete the surrounding landscape, adding final touches to transform your backyard. We will take diligent care to preserve any existing flora during the installation of new material.

Start-up

Once every element is in place, your pool will be ready for the ‘start-up.’ We will provide you with a personalized ‘Pool School’ tutorial, empowering you with the knowledge to enjoy countless hours of blissful swimming and relaxation.
