This service, conducted annually by one of our licensed Gas Technicians, is a mandatory requirement for warranty purposes.

Winter Water Level Check: Critical Care for Your Pool

A key part of preventative pool maintenance is the Winter Water Level Check. As a requirement for warranty, our skilled team will perform this service once a month from December to March. During these visits, we will measure the water level in your pool and pump out excess water, if necessary.

Comprehensive Heater Check-Up for Optimal Functionality

Our Heater Preventative Maintenance program provides a thorough inspection of your heater and its safety controls. We pay close attention to the smallest details, offering:

  • In-depth inspection of the heater and all safety controls
  • Comprehensive cleaning of the interior heater, burners, and pilot assembly
  • Purging and opening of the gas line to the heater and turning on the gas valve inside the heater
  • Operational check and test run of the heater
  • Turning off the heater at the toggle switch, unless otherwise requested

Important Note on Pool Heating

Please note that we do not recommend heating your pool above 86°F (30°C). High temperatures can lead to an increased need for chemicals and potentially shorten the lifespan of your heater. Our expert maintenance services will ensure that your pool heater runs optimally, efficiently, and safely.
